EXTRAS:
*In 'The Scream Factory', there were an indeterminant number of partygoers killed as well, but the author does not go into much detail about their demise, only that Michael was killing them at random trying to get to Lori and her friends.
*In 'The Festival Of Samhain', there were several other unidentified murders at the festival, including some beheaded and placed on top of a light pole, and others strewn about the festival grounds. Plus, many teens were trampled under the stampede at the high school rave when Michael arrived and everyone tried to escape at the same time.
