ALTERNATE ENDING (2:27)
1. When 'Halloween Kills' came out in Digital, DVD, and Blu-Ray format, they offered two different versions of the film, the Theatrical Cut and a new 'Extended Cut', which has an alternate ending. In that ending, Michael brutally stabs Karen to death just as Laurie is trying to call her from the hospital. Michael notices the incoming call on Karen's cell phone and picks it up. Laurie, hearing only breathing on the other end, realizes Karen's fate and simply tells Michael, "I'm coming for you, Michael". She then drops the phone and heads toward the hospital exit carrying the knife left for her by Allyson.
ALLYSON MEETS BRACKETT (0:30)
2. There was a scene between Allyson and Brackett at the hospital where he explains to her that Michael killed his daughter Annie, and she tells him that Michael was burned alive. Brackett responds with, "I would've loved to watch him burn".
SONDRA'S DRONE FINDS THE SHAPE (1:47)
3. The drone scene with Sondra and Phil originally ran longer. There were shots from the drone camera shown, and they talked about Laurie a bit more. The camera eventually shows Michael on the drone and then he destroys it. The rest of the scene plays out as it was shown theatrically. It was trimmed for timing purposes.
PROTESTORS ROCK OUTSIDE HOSPITAL (0:59)
4. The scene featuring the mob at the hospital originally ran longer. While Laurie is explaining about "Michael's masterpiece", the mob continues to go crazy shouting "Evil Dies Tonight!" and extra shots of the mob and the media are shown outside the hospital. It was cut for timing purposes.
