3. Dog in Myers House- Killed and eaten offscreen
4. Lester (Lindsey's Dog)- Strangled to death
5. Annie (Nancy Loomis)- Strangled, then slashed in throat
6. Bob (John Michael Graham)- Pinned to wall with kitchen knife
7. Lynda (P.J. Soles)- Strangled with telephone cord
*NOTE: In the novelization of the film, Michael broke a guard's neck during his escape, and also ripped out half of a nurse's head of hair. In addition, Annie was strangled, but instead of having her throat slit, she was stabbed in the stomach.
