SEASON 2, EPISODE 18
A FRIEND TO THE END

Micki's 10-year-old nephew J.B. (Zachary Bennett) is left with her for the weekend by
his mother, a divorcee enjoying the freedoms of her single life. Disgusted by her sister's
behavior, Micki is caught in a bind- although she knows that J.B. needs some motherly
companionship, she and Ryan are hot on the trail of a cursed object. Deciding that J.B.
will be safe playing in the park for a few hours, Micki leaves him there, along with Ryan's
prized 1950's bicycle. The lonely boy meets up with a group of young hoodlums, who
offer J.B. membership in their gang if he will enter the Harper residence, the neighbor-
hood 'haunted' house. The previous tenants of the house had mysteriously disappeared,
along with their young son Ricky (Keram Malicki-Sanchez), along with others who have
recently entered the house. The naive J.B. rises to the challenge and ventures inside,
while the thugs make off with Ryan's bicycle. Inside the house, J.B. is spooked by the
voice of a child asking J.B. for his friendship- a boy who is actually a deadly spirit that
gained life through one of Lewis Vendredi's cursed antiques.
