Matt: This novel was basically an updated version of 'Freddy's Revenge' just like book two. While it was an enjoyable read, the same issues apply here as applied in my review for 'Freddy's Revenge'. Not enough Freddy, too far-fetched. Especially with the whole spiritual deal. That is not what Freddy is about. And the rip on Jason with the whole hockey-mask deal seals it for me. This book gets a 3.5, and even that's generous. 3.5 out of 10.
