THE LAIR EXPERTS

Matt: This was without a doubt A.J.'s best work. It was so great to see Michael back in Haddonfield doing what he does best. No cult angle, no TV cameras in his house, just plain old Michael, pissed off more than ever, ready to reclaim his town and inflict as much punishment on as many people in the process. The kills were excellent, things Michael would definitely do, and A.J. really gave me the feel of it being Halloween in Haddonfield once again. However, the only thing takes away from it is the timeframe it took to complete. It was very difficult for him to finish, and I think that kind of lost his audience from time to time. If he had been able to stay on track, this novel would have gathered more of a following and definitely been a 10. Despite that, I give it a very solid 9 out of 10.
