An unscrupulous hypnotherapist (Philip Proctor) who uses his healing talent to
induce patients to perform nefarious deeds for him is challenged when a colleague
(David Hern) threatens to expose his despicable behavior. Also, a fugitive from justice
(Fran Montano) jumps from the frying pan into the fire when his plastic surgery leaves
him looking exactly like a well-known hitman (Paul Regina), who is on the lam and under
police protection after ratting out his mob secrets to gain a better deal in court.
