SEASON 1, EPISODE 13
DEADLINE

An aspiring local newspaper reporter (Aaron Harnick) is forced to spend his
summer vacation writing obituaries when his father gets him a job on the staff
of the Springwood Star-Times. As he writes the stories of his subjects' passings
he gets a little too close to the stories as he re-experiences, in graphic detail,
the painful deaths of those he writes about. Meanwhile, a young co-ed (Page
Hannah) who escaped death in a fiery car crash in which her friends were killed,
is lured to join her friends in the afterlife by the mysterious lover (Timothy Brantley)
who once kept her from them while they were alive.
