![]() SEASON 2, EPISODE 24 THE SHAMAN'S APPRENTICE While visiting her terminally ill friend Blair in the hospital, Micki becomes privy to a bizarre occurrence that has the hospital staff abuzz. It seems that the gruesome death of a perfectly healthy intern has coincided with the miraculous recovery of his terminally ill patient. Controversy swirls around Dr. John White Cloud (Paul Miceli-Sanchez), a Native American physician whose antagonistic relationship with the hospital's chief surgeon, Dr. Thomas Lamar (James B. Douglas) is well known. In White Cloud's eyes, Lamar is only interested in saving the lives of the rich, and is completely insensitive to street people and others who cannot afford his services. Later, while visiting his family's reservation, White Cloud's life is changed forever by the discovery of an elaborate ceremonial rattle. Revealing a vision of another time, the rattle shows White Cloud its ability to heal, but first he must kill to engage its power. Wielding his mighty rattle, White Cloud begins to methodically kill off his foes in order to save his terminal patients. CAST & CREW RYAN DALLION- JOHN D.
