SEASON 1, EPISODE 16 TATTOO With debts mounting and creditors impatient, compulsive gambler Tommy Chen (Leonard Chow) is in dire need of a lucky break. It comes when he accidentally discovers the secret to gambler Hai Kwan's unbroken winning streak: before gambling, Kwan (Denis Akiyama) tattoos an innocent victim with antique Oriental tattoo needles. Then, while Kwan places his bets, the tattoo comes alive on its victims and kills them. With each death, Kwan's winnings multiply, forcing a desperate Tommy to kill Kwan and steal the needles for himself. That night, Tommy's grandfather (Keye Luke), finds the box containing the needles and tracks them to Curious Goods, where Jack, Micki and Ryan take a keen interest in the case.
