SEASON 1, EPISODE 11 SCARECROW In an effort to recover more of the missing antiques, Micki and Ryan send out mailers, and are pleased when they get a reply asking them to retrieve a scarecrow that was purchased by their uncle. When they arrive at the farmhouse, owner Charles (James D. Douglas) denies having sent the letter, and claims that the the scarecrow burned up in a fire years ago. Knowing the cursed antiques cannot be destroyed, the cousins decide to snoop around. They are befriended by Marge (Patricia Phillips), owner of the local inn, who offers them lodging. While there, Tudy (Norma Edwards) attempts to contact Micki, but before she can reveal her story, a horrified Micki witnesses her murder at the hands of a scythe-wielding scarecrow.
