Jason's means of being resurrected is clearly designed after Frankenstein's and there's mention of "Karloff's General Store", named after Boris Karloff, star of the film.

When Jason walks into the cabin and looks down at the little girl, it is similar to a scene in this film where the Frankenstein monster does the same thing.

FRANKENSTEIN MEETS THE WOLF MAN (1943)
The opening scene in the graveyard is similar to a scene in this film.

The title sequence is a direct spoof of the James Bond films.

DIRTY HARRY (1971)
