Ten years after Michael Myers' bloody return to Haddonfield, the town decides to shed its tragic past and host an epic party for the entire town. Dubbed 'The Festival Of Samhain', it was organized by some relatives of Michael's past victims in remembrance of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice on unholy Halloweens of the past. Meanwhile, Sherry Robinson, now 17, was adopted by the town's new sheriff, Joshua Barnes, and managed to turn her life around. With the love and support of those around her, everything seemed to be going in the right direction. What they didn't count on was Michael's sudden re-appearance, determined more than ever to crash the party and put an end to the town and the holiday once and for all.
