The fourth of Black Flame's 'A Nightmare On Elm Street' novel series. One night, all the residents of Elm Street inexplicably stop dreaming. A psychiatrist is called in to investigate the problem, only to discover the strange phenomena coincided with the escape of a young mental patient. As the case is explored further, it becomes apparent that the boy, known only as "JK," can influence and even stop the dreams of others.
