"Krueger placed the point of his index finger-knife under the decapitated head's jaw and worked it up and down like the mouth of a ventriloquist's dummy. Krueger taunted her, "Tha-that's all, folks."

As Krueger danced ever nearer, Trisha had been unconsciously shuffling backwards, until at last her shoulder-blades contacted the cold glass of the freezer. She whimpered and suddenly whipped her head to the left and right in search of a weapon, but she saw nothing promising within reach. Facing forward again, at the top of her lungs she screamed, "Devon!"
